i. ASSAULT
a. Assaulting a common user through the use of either weapons or fist will subject the offender, if caught, to be arrested for five (5) minutes.
b. Assaulting a police officer through the use of either weapons or fist will subject the offender, if caught, to be arrested for fifteen (15) minutes.
c. Spitting/Raping a police officer will subject the offender, to be arrested for fifteen (15) minutes.
d. Spitting/Raping a common user will subject the offender, to be arrested for ten (10) minutes.
e. Assaulting/Attempting to assault a police officer through the use of either weapons or fist will subject the offender, if caught, to be arrested for fifteen (15) minutes.
ii. MURDER
a. Murdering a user through the use of either weapons or fist will subject the offender, if caught, to be arrested for ten (10) minutes.
b. Murdering a police officer through the user of either weapons or firt will subject the offender, if caught to be arrested for fifteen (15) minutes.
iii. DISCRIMINATION
a. Verbally abusing a user with the intention to degrade, hurt, or embarrass the victim shall subject the offender, if caught, to be arrested for five (5) minutes.
b. Throwing racist/homophobic comments towards a user will subject the offender, if caught, to be arrested for five (5) minutes.
iv. SPECIAL CASES
a. Obstruction of Justice
- Should a friend, an ally or anyone affiliated with the offender block the way of a police officer resulting to the delayed arrest of the offender, the police officer has the
right to arrest the blockers for Obstruction of Justice. They will be imprisoned for five (5) minutes.
b. Evasion
- Should the offender taxi, reload, or log to escape arrest, five (5) minutes is to be added to their arrest time for Evading Arrest.
c. Abuse of Police CFH System
- Should a user repeatedly dial the police hotline for no exact reason or just of mere boredome, the police officer has the right to arrest the offender for five (5) minutes for abusing the Police CFH System.
v. ROBBERY
a. Should a user rob another user, even without obtaining money from the target, shall be arrested for five (5) minutes.
b. Should a user inside the bank vault start a robbery, the witnessing police officer has the right to arrest the offender for five (5) minutes.
c. Should a user inside the bank vault finish a robbery, the witnessing police officer has the right to arrest the offender for ten (10) minutes.
- The police officer cannot arrest the offender if he didn't see him start robbing. If the offender has collected money from robbing, he is not to be arrested.
d. Illegal Possesion of Firearms
- Should a police officer ask a user to unequip their weapon, the user should comply. Failing to do so after five (5) seconds gives the police officer a right to arrest the offender for five (5) minutes.
- Should an individual equip Staff weapons such as Capgun at the presence of a police officer, he is to be arrested for five (5) minutes.
vi. MISCELLANEOUS
a. Should a user repeat statements with exactly the same or similar characters five times or more without a three-second interval, police officers present at the situation has the right to arrest an individual for five (5) minutes.
b. Should an individual refuse to move from his current position after being requested by a police officer, he is to be arrested for five (5) minutes for blocking.
c. Should a Police officer request an individual to halt a suicidal action, the individual has to follow. Failure to do so grants the officer the right to arrest the individual for five (5) minutes.
d. Should a police officer catch an individual sexually harassing another user through continuous kissing and raping without the target's consent, the offender shall be arrested for five (5) minutes.
e. Should an individual fake a criminal action with the intention to trick a police officer or another individual, he is to be arrested corresponding to the allotted time for the faked action.
f. Should a police officer falsely arrest an individual without the intention to abuse, the officer must release the individual and compensate for the damage done.
[!!] Compensation Formula: MINSARRESTED X 2 = No. of credits the police officer has to pay the falsely arrested individual.
